What you do in this job
Okay so the work is simple but also busy. You help users when they get issues with computer, apps, network. Some main things you do:
- Talk with people on phone, email, chat, sometimes walk-in, help fix IT problems.
- Find the issue fast, troubleshoot, solve if can, if not send it higher team.
- Keep record of everything you do in ticket system.
- You must own the problem, not just push away.
- Be nice to user and give updates until fixed.
- Support apps like MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, VPN, Browser, Jabber.
