Eligibility / Qualification Requirements
Different posts have different qualification criteria:
- Principal: Post Graduation + B.Ed. is mandatory. Also 8–12 years of experience.
- PGT: Must have Post Graduation + B.Ed in the relevant subject.
- TGT: Relevant subject Degree + B.Ed + CTET required.
- Hostel Warden: Any stream, degree is sufficient.
- Female Staff Nurse: Must have completed B.Sc Nursing.
- Accountant: Degree in B.Com or in the field related to accounts.
- Clerk (JSA): 12th Pass + Typing knowledge required.
- Lab Attendant: 10th or 12th with Science background is required.
Age Limit (until October 23, 2025)
- Principal: Up to 50 years
- PGT: Up to 40 years
- TGT: Up to 35 years
- Accountant, Clerk, Lab Attendant: Up to 30 years
Relaxation in age will be in accordance with government rules for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD categories.
Salary
These jobs will offer salaries according to the 7th Central Pay Commission (7 CPC).
- Principal: Level 12
- PGT: Level 8
- TGT: Level 7
- Non-Teaching Posts (Hostel Warden, Accountant, Clerk, Lab Attendant): Levels 2 to 6 depending on the post.
Along with salaries you will also receive HRA (House Rent Allowance), DA (Dearness Allowance), and other remuneration.
Selection Process
The selection will continue in the following steps:
- Written Examination – This includes subject questions + General Knowledge
- Skill Test / Practical Test – based on the post
- Interview – only for a few positions
- Document Verification and Medical Test
It is mandatory to clear the written examination.
Exam Pattern
- For Teaching Posts (Principal, PGT, TGT): Subject-related questions + Pedagogy + Reasoning + General Knowledge + Current Affairs + English/Hindi
- For Non-Teaching Posts (Clerk, Accountant, Lab Attendant): General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, Language, Basic Technical Knowledge
Who Can Apply?
- B.Ed., Degree, Post Graduation holders can apply for Teaching positions.
- For Non-Teaching positions, candidates with 10th, 12th or Degree qualifications are eligible.
- Freshers are also permitted to apply, although some posts require experience.
