About the Role

In this client-facing role, you’ll guide potential customers through personalized video consultations, helping them discover the value of PlanetSpark’s public speaking and creative writing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads (no cold calling!)—primarily parents or adult learners—who’ve already attended demo classes.
- Conduct impactful 1:1 video counseling sessions, understanding concerns and presenting program benefits clearly.
- Manage the entire sales funnel, from first interaction to final enrollment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and performance.
