About the Job
Sutherland Global Services is hiring for the Amazon International Voice Process in Hyderabad. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills.
As part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for handling international voice calls, assisting Amazon customers with product/service-related queries, and providing technical support.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls.
- Resolve customer issues related to Amazon products and services.
- Provide technical and non-technical support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with professional communication.
- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts (5-day work week).
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong fluency in English communication.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3 years) can apply.
- Undergraduates and graduates are eligible.
- Must reside within 25 km of the office location.
- Immediate joiners only.
- No work-from-home option.
- Outstation and pursuing students are not eligible.
