- Interact with customers over calls to resolve issues and provide satisfaction.
- Follow established guidelines and processes to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
- Comfortable with rotational shifts between 6:00 AM to 11:45 PM
- Good typing skills (minimum 20 WPM)
- Willingness to work in-office for the first 3 months (Work From Home offered afterward, with occasional office visits)
