Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Must have a personal laptop and Wi-Fi connection

System Requirements

• Processor: Intel i5 or i7
• RAM: Minimum 8GB
• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro / 11 / 11 Pro
• Internet: At least 40 Mbps Wi-Fi connection
• Accessories: USB headset with microphone
• Power Backup: Required to ensure uninterrupted work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inbound voice process calls for Flipkart customers
• Assist with product information, orders, returns, and other service-related queries
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases if needed
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in communication
