Job Role: Voice / Blended Process
This is a customer service role that involves handling chat, email, inbound, and outbound calls. The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer queries effectively.
Key Requirements
To apply for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice process) – on paper
- Graduate or undergraduate freshers with strong English skills may also apply
- Applicant must have a laptop and good broadband connection
- Candidates who are currently pursuing education are not eligible
- Age limit: 18 to 40 years
Work Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Work From Home (Remote)
- Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Work Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Salary Package
- Salary range: ₹2.5 – 3.5 LPA (depending on experience and skills)
Skills Required
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Customer support / service skills
- Ability to handle blended processes (chat, email, voice)
- International BPO experience is a plus
