🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the hotel to ensure security and guest safety
- Assist guests with room access and respond to emergency situations
- Monitor CCTV, fire alarm systems, and duress alarms
- Conduct daily safety inspections and prepare shift summaries
- Handle disturbances and escort unwelcome individuals professionally
- Administer first aid or CPR and contact emergency services when needed
- Report incidents and maintain confidentiality of security documents
- Support compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Conduct investigations and interviews to gather evidence
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed
👨🔧 Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No prior work experience required – ideal for freshers
- Certification: Not mandatory, but any security training is a plus
